This place is turning in to an office came in today and there were six people on laptops all sitting in tables were four people could sit no room for families to sit anywhere, took my service somewhere else won?t be returning in a hurry

Very shocked to see one of the Baristas playing with her hair whilst behind the serving counter! Hygiene as a result very poor! Also the length of time it took to get hot drinks was ridiculous. Will not be coming again!

I don?t know what?s going on from this coffee shop they was good but now they?re all over bullying staff. I will definitely not come back there again. I will tell all my family and friends that do not go there anymore. In my opinion they don?t in this level give them only a star

Sometimes there are some great staff hereBut today the drive thru had the same young guy on the window and wouldn?t redeem reward for a special and just rotten attitude really.I go for a coffee or drink to try and feel better but this doesn?t help.

Staff always very helpful and friendly, remember my name, and drink... New refit is great, feels bigger and cleaner... maybe a little sterile, but that's probably because it's so new

I ordered two regular coffee's on Thursday 14th March.I got charge for two large coffee's!My coffee was cold, i mentioned it the member of staff & he said I can add some hot water.I said I would like a fresh one please, the guy seemed put on.This was in the afternoon, one of the staff was swearing in the back ground over something!I came away very dissatisfied & won't bother again TBH

Always very friendly work very hard and lots of smiles it's a very happy feel and vibe nothing is to much trouble !!!f well of course the coffee is the best I like going there .
