This a reply to a survey. I will also be posting a review on Trustpilot which will reflect this experience.
Visit 1 Eye Test. At which I asked if they can duplicate the prescription on an existing pair of Porsche frameless frames. I was advised yes, I said I would return the day after with the frames and that was agreed. I also was asked to pay for a new prescription on frames I had with me. Which I did.
Visit 2 At the reception desk I was advised I could NOT duplicate the prescription on frames they had not supplied.
Visit 3 Invited to have the new lenses fitted in to the original frames. One hour later, the lenses were completely incorrect. I am long sighted and needed a very mild adjustment to enhance near sight for reading.
So, I have visited three times, in a working week. Still no glasses, two car parking fees and complete waste of time.
Do I need to say more. Useless.

Absolutely amazing service as always from Ashlea after my glasses were totally trashed in a mishap. I would like to thank Ashlea for her kindness, advice and support helping me choose fantastic new frames and making sure they were a perfect fit for me.
