Soft drinks like bottles of diet coke etc are expensive and a complete rip off ?

I had an item that I needed to return to Amazon. Amazon stated that I did not need to package this item and I could simply hand the item over to the assistant. The assistant however got me to put the items in the bags and sellotape them. Whilst I appreciate this isn't a huge issue, perhaps make it clear that self packing is required here or don't offer the service if it is too much hassle for the assistant.

I had an almost empty tank, and after filling diesel fuel from this station, my car engine started making weird cut off like injection system not supply enough fuel or fuel issue related problems had this before all disappeared when changed filling station. So I can say that fuel is low quality in there. Never coming back.

Great service by all staff. Live local and great how it is open for 24 hours. Cash machine is free to use and always working. Fuel is more expensive but you can?t complain as it?s not their fault. Also hot food counter is great and always stocked.

I just bought an amber leaf tobacco pouch from this shop, Rasham the customer assistant gave me a golden Virginia one. I opened the outer plastic packaging and noticed he gave the the wrong one. I went all the way back to ask for a refund and get the tobacco pouch I asked for. He refused, he opened the tobacco pouch and told me now it?s open he cannot refund me. Absolute joke. I spent 20 minutes trying to reason with him but he refused to refund me for the pouch I asked for. I spent £20 on this, now I have to spend another £20 on the one I asked for during a cost of living crisis. Really annoyed with the rude service, I?ll be making a formal complaint tomorrow.

Brilliant petrol station. I go hear very frequently I would highly recommend being a shell+ member as 10% deli costa drinks ect?.. and also really good breakfasts. And not mention open 24 hours :)!!

Why is your fuel more expensive than gold? Seriously on my visit super unleaded was 18p more than the next nearest fuel station and 22p more a litre than a supermarket. Motorway service stations prices at a small high street garage. Apart from that. Shop is well stocked and costa machine surprisingly clean ?

There are quite a few calamities in our lives nowadays and we are learning to handle them but one thing I will never get accustomed to is rudeness. The Manager was rude, his wife (or relative) at the cashier machine did not step in and kept her head down out of uneasiness of the situation. The situation was bad coffee; I asked for a free replacement and the response along with the further evolvement was if I had asked for a free fill-up of my car tank.I used to stop at that station very often just for the coffee and it has always been amazing; this time something was off.I expected nothing but courtesy from Shell until, after logging a complaint with Shell, I learnt that Raj Cluster Ltd is not Shell. Shell brand and nothing-to-do-with-Shell business. No wonder the Manager was this 'nice'; he's aware he can't be accountable as he is his own boss.And yes, it is always more expensive than other local stations.
