Attempted to drop off some items including (a quite expensive) large painting. I was told by the woman serving very abruptly that they weren’t taking any donations today. I asked politely if she could make an exception as I’d travelled there specifically to drop the items off. She said “yeah you and everyone else”.... read full comment
