I visited my local branch at 4pm today. There was a staff- operated till open which was useful as I have been around to find there are only self service tills quite often . All the staff I have met have had had the same attitude and I can usually get what I need.
I was served by Maria who was very helpful and cheerful.

When this first opened I was very pleased as it was an amazing local store. If it didnt have something you wanted they would start stocking it, so the store reflected local demand. I have used it frequently since then, but since the recent reorganisation it has gone seriously downhill. Now it stocks exactly the same as every other Sainburys local and little that I want to buy. There are no nectar prices so it is expensive. There is no WiFi so Smartshop doesn't work.

Worst COSTA coffee for miles. Machine & consumables neglected repeatedly. Staff friendly & helpful, shelves generally well stocked. Coffee let's this store down big time. Parking a challenge.

I've tried twice this afternoon to place an order. Different items the second time around. Told by Deliveroo that Sainsburys can't accept my order. That means one or more items aren't available and won't get substituted. Why do Sainsburys advertise items on Deliveroo when these items are not in stock.? Shame on you Sainsburys

Great little store. However, every time I go in the staff are chatting and gossiping with each other on their headsets, they might be on the shelves or till talking to somebody elsewhere in the store. Someone served me at the till and was chatting about their weekend to someone in the warehouse at the back completely ignoring me - nothing wrong with chatting to colleagues to pass the time but it?s really rude from a front of house customer service point of view especially when it?s done so loudly and so often.

Tonight I needed about 10 items from the store but have recently been suffering with a disability. I asked a member of staff for help and SUR went above and beyond. She picked my items for me. Queued and packed them for me and brought them out to my car. I can?t thank her enough for her kindness and customer care. She deserves a mention and a bonus for sure x

The tall guy always in a grey jumper is very rude and i thoght his was a bit rascal against me as he has seen my ID before and didn't serve me red bull reply not happy about the customer service at this store think they need to check there stuff as am putting in a complaint about the worker
