Big thank you to Alan who works in the Fleet branch. He went out of his way to help me after I had ordered storage boxes to be delivered to branch but, they didn?t arrive when they should have.
Customer service was second to none. It was so nice to have someone who generally cares and was very happy to help.

Popped into the store to get my daughter some Pokémon cards, and had a lot of help and advice from Alan who was unbelievably kind. Very rare to find anyone in retail who will talk with the customer these days, but the team in there were really friendly and put a massive smile on my daughters face when I gave her the cards. Went there to get a photo printed using their printing service. Very helpful member of staff did an excellent job and took her time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Also a lot cheaper than going to a photography shop.
