Huge indoor section, not as big outdoors but pleasant experience to browse and buy.

Car park was packed. Which is a good sign. Interesting stock.

Went to the garden centre for a nice sunday meal out with my mum, the food was awful, I ordered a southern fried chicken wrap and the lettuce was expired and brown. Therefore my mum called the floor manager and he was so rude and disrespectful to her. He said that he wanted to speak to me directly and that my mother shouldn?t speak on my behalf. I felt displeased and disappointed today with how me and my mum was treated. No apology just a horrible manner and tone.

Love redfields Garden Centre, just wish they did a sewing room in the Rolife range.

This was our second visit here, first time in the restaurant, my wife is allergic to dairy products, her oat latte coffee was 30p extra than mine, using semi skimmed milk, Why?Is this fair??

I have spent thousands at this garden centre over the years. When one of my plants died I had this receipt on my blue diamond card. However I was told to either take a picture of the plant or bring it back. Neither of which were possible. Previously the one time one of my other plants died it wasn?t an Issue for a replacement. Sadly this has changed. So be wary of this for the five year guarantee. They did nothing to help me - this after just spending another 200 pounds there. How disappointing.

We visited last week for a coffee ( which was lovely) in the restaurant. As we were leaving my daughter became unwell and the first aiders came to assist. These wonderful men looked after her in such a caring way and did everything they could possibly do for her and carried on checking on her including calling 111. I just want to publicly say thank you to Paul and Kyle for everything they did to look after her until we left. You really have an amazing first aid team there

Gone downhill, and expensive. There's not enough staff so upstairs cafe is now shut Monday-Wednesday. Customer service is not what it once used to be.

We love this place. Nicely laid out, prices range from sensible to insane but the insane stuff is amazing properly crafted furniture etc.The plant choice is extensive, they are healthy and reasonably priced. The restaurant, well, we?ve eaten here several times over the years and we are still not disappointed. In fact today was probably our best meal. I had veggie sausage roll (I?m a meat eater so don?t do these often) with a pasta salad, my partner had Parmesan encrusted chicken breast with curried cauliflower and chickpea salad, 1 Coke Zero, 2 waters and a pot of tea for 1 (I got 4 cups out of it) £26 the lot and I couldn?t finish my meal, stuffed!!A great afternoon out, free parking and nothing rushed.
