Called in this morning in company with my elderly mother, but without an appointment, to arrange an ISA transfer. We were greeted promptly by Clare at the welcome desk who arranged for us to be dealt with in private by Faye after a short wait. I use this branch regularly and cannot commend all of the staff highly enough for their excellent level of customer service.

I couldn't transfer money online or via the mobile app from my Nationwide fixed term bond which had matured to my nominated account with another bank. I visited the Fleet branch to find out why but I weren't expecting them to be able to do anything about it (based on my previous experience with my other bank. To my surprise, the employee (Clare) at the lobby helped me solve it and completed the transfer without any issues. The whole thing took about 5 mins and I didn't have to wait. It was a great experience for me and Clare was apologetic and very helpful. Very happy with the service.

All the branches that I go to; Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Plymouth, I go in quite often. Always good staff and always helpful and I'm glad the branches are not closing down. Hopefully Nationwide will stay open and keep the books. Thank you so much, thank you for always looking out for your members. I do love my building society books. Simon

Unable to downgrade an account online meaning you have to call them. 25mins on hold to be told that particular department is closed! Typical shocking service we have all come to expect from the high street building societies & banks!

I have used Nationwide in Fleet for many years and the service and staff are first class - always cheerful and helpful. I am grateful that when the banks have moved out of many towns the Nationwide is still there across the country. In Fleet we still have banks but I prefer the service, the deals and the general approach of Nationwide, especially this branch.
