So dirty. And only one toilet open, which resembled an open sewer. It's McDonalds. It's not The Ritz. But basic cleanliness and hygiene should come as standard anywhere that serves food.

There's always something with this McDonald's. The amount of times I've ordered for delivery for there to be something wrong is too many to count. Like tonight for example... I order a Double Quarter Pounder with no onions. The box clearly says no onions. What do I find inside? Onions, but no sauce. Who is the absolute melt that cannot read basic instructions? Why take off the sauce when the instructions clearly state to keep the onions off? And then why put onions? Honestly. The staff are all very lovely though, but it is exceptionally frustrating having so many things go wrong all the time.

A typical town McDonald?s pretty much exactly as you would expect. I visit maybe 2-5 times a year and it?s like Groundhog Day, to be honest!
The food is ok, this time I had a McRib which everything fell out of when I picked it up but that?s standard! The service is made all the better by one of the managers whose always offers a friendly service, in fact she?s not too dissimilar to a certain adult film star so always brights a dull day in Fleet for me when she?s working!
Overall, as you?d expect and in a handy location when shopping in Fleet if you need a quick bite.

Order was wrong on one item.
Order a chicken sandwich in store.
Got home to see my Order was wrong. They had switched my order to Chicken Big Mac. The sauce, cheese and Gherkin slices are yuck. Chips a little under done.
Such a shame!

Clean,very modern, good lighting,very quick service, polite and competent staff.Takeaway service only unti Tier 4 Corronavirus lockdown ends. Food can be delivered, don't know what the change is for this.

I thought the chocolate in chocolate milkshake is meant to be brown, and not taste like vanilla, well done managers for teaching your underpaid workers well. Also I wanted a chicken burger not a bush hiding a tiny bit of chicken in the middle.
