“The petrol is normally a good price, the shelves are well stocked, the one thing that needs improvement .... more staff working the tills when the pumps are busy so that there aren't such enormous queues to fill up. I've sat there for 15 minutes before now. Not only do drivers want fuel, they also want a bag full of shopping, which they then queue for ages to pay for. When you can easily see 4 members of staff, only one of which is on the tills, it's very frustrating.”

“Always extremely convenient and cheaper than the neighbouring garages in Hook. Good times would be had by all if there was a jet wash there though, as well as premium unleaded. Si’s Yaris craves the finest fuel ⛽️”

“Not too sure about the rest but the night guy Luke is worth 5 million stars alone ...Been coming here for years now and I only pull in when Luke is on as the rest of the team don't seem too interested actually doing the job or knowing what stock they sell in shop ... As on one occasion I asked for brake fluid for my car and the guy walked up to the self and informed me they don't sell any... Where I could see it clearly sitting on the shelf from the night pay window ?Long live Luke and the rest of our kind ....?”

“My experience here actually changed the course of my life.I now have personally given birth to 8 kids and run a BnB with my wife and her boyfriend. It started when I dropped a wine bottle(ALL BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE ARCHITECTURE! hence the 4 stars!) An employee (ethnicity not to be disclosed) gave a kind of negative vibe to me, my brother and my other brothers girlfriend when he was cleaning it up (IT'S YOUR JOB). We didn't have to pay(THANKFULLY, AS IT WAS THEIR FAULT). The cashier was a tall handsome approachable Caucasian male (ethnicity not to be disclosed) . He seemed to be confused with our relation but it all turned out fine.”
