Frustrated they no longer do 50:50 pizzas, it said we were supposed to get free delivery but it added on just as I confirmed order, felt like that was sneaky.Pizza was hot and it was delivered on time, cheese was as a bit lacking in parts of the pizza and toppings always fall off so it?s annoying to eat

Ordered a collection on a Sunday night and was told 10-14 mins on the phone/app. Got there after 15 mins and the screen said the pizza was ready, so far so good. Unfortunately from here it went down hill, despite being stood against the counter for 9 mins nobody acknowledged me or would make eye contact. One girl was making boxes, another came and took multiple phonecalls in front of me, one employee was in the back on his phone but nobody wanted to serve me. It was one delivery driver who noticed (as another customer had walked in by now) who politely came over and ask how he could help (nice chap, this isn?t on him at all). He proceeded to hand me the pizza which had now been on the shelf for 10 mins.Got home, obviously cold.Emailed head office about this and got a very standard corporate response and an offer of a voucher, which ironically would cost more than the offer I used on Sunday and would make them more money. Total failing from store to corporate Sodha and CO and no real concern as long as the wheels of business grind on.
