Very warm welcome from Reception staff and management this time around,Rooms have improved alot since my last stay and I could not find a single fault,I did stay here early this year around May and my experience was completely different, to the fact I was nearly not going to book a room here but situations happened and I have now changed my view on the hotel, staff and roomsRooms: Rooms was very clean on my stay last week on the 21st November.Rooms have greatly improved in the standard of the rooms and found the room in a great condition and nothing was out of place.

They don't make it clear when booking that the hotel is only on the southbound side of the motorway. If you're travelling northbound you either have a very long walk across a bridge over the motorway or a 15 mile round trip drive.Personally, I'd sooner stay a few miles back down the motorway in Winchester than go through this nause.

Friendly staff. Welcoming even though we arrived at 3am. The room was what we needed, nothing more or less, as a stopover between the airport and our destination. Basic, slightly tired but clean.

I was impressed with the reception and room I was given.Very clean and well maintained.You can't beat this hotel for value and location.Rooms: Very clean and bed comfortable.

It's hard to give this a bad review because our problem was dealt with quickly and effectively by the staff members.Our room when we arrived was a dog room, even if the room next door didn't have a dog barking we would have immediately been able to tell because the carpet was dirty and there was a strong smell of bleach and a slight smell of dog poo which we (carefully) found to be coming from some of the brownish areas on the carpet. The areas around a services are used by hundreds of dogs every day so the likelihood of dog mess being trodden into the carpets is high, I don't think a dog actually did its business in the hotel room.We were going to just deal with and slum it but my allergies went berserk after an hour so we were forced to ask to move rooms. Which was accommodated by the nice man on reception.If you're allergic to dogs ask for a non dog room in advance

I have stayed at this hotel before and I always said I?d never go back as the standards were shocking but I thought I?d give it a second chance and this time I was amazed at the cleanliness. For a budget hotel, I was pretty shocked a big thank you to the cleaner Toni for this room. Staff are very friendly here, always say good morning as you?re leaving. Hopefully if I visit again, it would be this clean.

An exceptional clean room, cleaned by Angela, which is all you can ask for from a budget hotel on a motorway, every member of staff was very friendly. We had a fantastic stay, very surprised how you cannot hear the motorway in the hotel (added bonus)

The staff really do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and genuinely want you to relax and enjoy your stay. Tinashe and Sanjeev were especially welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we got great meal deals in the services from a wide range of restaurants just footsteps away. Sam and Sean were also very helpful and efficient- they even printed something out for me and were only too pleased to help. Shona is a very friendly housekeeper. Drinks and snacks in reception are reasonably priced and top up tea, coffee and milk are available for your room. The Hypnos bed helped us to sleep well even if it is a bit firmer than we prefer. Lots of pillow?s available as well as lovely hand soap and hair and body gel. Nice decor and colour scheme for such a reasonably priced hotel. This was our second stay and was as good as the first. We will definitely be back! We had a disabled room with a low bath and handrail. Just a small point. Another handrail the other side would have been even more helpful to my husband but every disability is different so my husband coped well with more assistance than usual from me. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

I think I was the last person to check in and in this unbearable heat was disappointed to find there was no fan in my room. But Dan, the Manager, gave up his office fan for me. So generous. It made a huge difference as I'd had a shocker of a day and just wanted to sleep. Thanks again

Apart from being £35 from fleet town centre at silly o'clock in the morning (which is my fault anyway) this place is amazing, the staff are so welcoming, loving and attentive, anything that's needed they will do and if you need a late checkout or another day they will do the best deal possible, Dan the hotel manager was amazing, helped us when we could and it was amazing
