Ben and Adel are beyond helpful. I’ve become friends with both forever visiting with pieces of jewellery that I bring from a charity shop I’m a volunteer. Outstanding service from a local trusted small business. Repair job was effectively paid for with scrap value of removed link. Bracelet was also professionally cleaned in less than a week. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cockrams again
