We popped in to buy a small token Cake for our friends birthday on Easter Sunday .
We found a little cake for £1.10 it was in the store cake section and placed on a little card ( neat ) ... We took it in a bag to the till and the man scanned it and said £2.20 .. err it says £1.10 on the shelf ...No there is two of them they are stuck together .. really ? Ok we only want 1 ..however they are now kinda small but what ever.
Before we could do anything the man behind the till reached inside the cake bag with his bare hand snapped the cake in half and threw it in the bin right in front of us ... he said ok now that's £1.10 .
For a man selling food that is disgusting lack of respect and hygiene. Co-Op We now value your cakes less than your staff do.

Scams half your order on just eat?. Then doesn?t tell justeat items aren?t in stock so then I don?t get refunded the money so I?m out of pocket

Placed an order through uber eats for delivery tonight, New Years Eve, two of the items were out of date, one of which went out of date on October. Then a loaf of bread which goes out of date tomorrow! Shocking and selling produce 2 months out of date is illegal and will be reported to the relevant authority.

I visited today to drop off a dpd parcel and unfortunately the label didn't scan easily. The lady serving me, the supervisor and another member of staff didn't give up and were so professional and got there in the end. I would hire all of them, thank you so much ladies!

I am local to the Fleet and used to go there (Kings Road) alot in a daily basis. However, I have stopped going there recently. Couple of women who were working there have shown zero respect to the customers and even to their staffs working on the shop floor. I am not sure if these witches are still there. Store manager was named Heather with a fringe and another one called Faith used to smell ciggarette all the time whilst repleneshing shelves and would shout at staffs in front of the customers. I would find so disgusting and disrepectful. Such a shame that people like them are in our local community. Otherwise products are good and so convenient locally.

Today 07/12/2022 @2159 is literally the second time I?m being turned away from a bald headed man who always wears an off white hoody and another slim built male employee. So frustrating that someone was just stepping out of the shop and I was there at the door but they just had to lock the door in front of me and signalled from inside that the shop is closed. You sure wouldn?t do that to a white person huh. Please have some courtesy towards people. Pathetic customer service!!

Yesterday I bought 4packets of white pita bread then I woke up the next morning every pita bread had mold on it when the expire said it was till the 10th of February!!

Offers a surprisingly wide range of branded products so you can usually get what you want or need (some things not the brand you would normally get). The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and will proactively open an extra till if the queue gets a little long.
