Fantastic guy at the tills - large build with tattoos - who was helpful and a great personality. He served the customers before me with charm and professionalism, it was lovely to experience.Good quality greeting cards too - I needed one and bought two.One star lost looking at the bland replies from the ?owner?E.g. Hattie especially where someone talks about a blue badge holder problem and the reply is a copy and paste - that?s super annoying!Read the complaint and personalise your response - fine to copy and paste the customer services email address.

Rhys (I hope I'm spelling that right!) who was dealing with the Post Office today was very helpful - he offered to take my heavy parcel with me to the car, even though there was no need to do so. This was very much appreciated, and the team should be commended for this sort of customer service.

Went into to store, no staff around. Empty shelves. When staff finally appeared they were rude and arrogant. No customer service skills. Don?t waste your time coming here place is a complete let down

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The Co-op is conveniently located with adequate parking.

As a 'blue badge' holder I was very surprised to discover that the reserved space is now unavailable to me as a newly erected barrier will only allow access to vehicles under 2 metres height. My vehicle is 2.5 metres. Luckily Sainsbury, Tesco, Morrisons have no such restriction. Own goal Co-op!

Terribly run branch. Several times the fresh meat I've bought here has clearly not been stored correctly and goes rancid well before the expiry date. Not uncommon to see crates of fruit and veg covered in thick mold. Probably one surprise inspection away from being shut down due to food hygiene. One particular staff member has to be hands down the worst cashier to ever grace a checkout.

Wonderful employee called Sam, absolutely lights everyone's day up. He is so helpful and kind. Seems to lift everyone's spirits. I told my sister and she knew exactly who he was and said last time she was in he was chatting to a little girl and made her day calling her princess. Well done Sam, you're an asset to everyone

Loads of young men standing around doing nothing whenever you tried to get some help don't want to know. When I first came to Fleet very sick tried putting advert on their noticeboard for a room for a sick old man kept taking it down but they have businesses making money on it. Community spirit don't believe a word.
