Horrible experience, uncaring staff and tasteless food. Eaten in many Wimpy's but this was the worst ever. Very pricey for terrible food. Milkshake was icy and watery. Staff argumentative after recieving complaints. Never going there again. Ruined Wimpy for me.

We treated ourselves for a change and it was all well done and hot, but we struggled with the menu a bit, I worked in one near 50 years ago, and the menu could be classed as complicated by some, but I could get what I wanted easily, but now you have to buy a set meal that was too much for us, or get individual bits and costs even more, so you either waste stuff to save money, or get each bit on it's own to cost more, but save waste, unless you're a big eater then it's fine, apart from that it was fine and was well cooked.

The food was good, and when I payed the staff gave me a Christmas card! Quite literally the best customer service I?ve ever seen in my life and I?ve never drunk colder and fresher Pepsi. Oh and they gave me free chocolate, what can?t these guys do! Honestly incredible staff and experience

The food was ok, bacon was lovely. When I paid they gave me a Christmas card and a chocolate!!!! Excellent customer service, quite literally the best I have ever seen in my life. Go here if you want comfort food and the best service in Britain

Friendly and polite waiting staff but unfortunately the food is awful and pretty expensive for what it is ! First and last time trying wimpy , even my son commented on how horrible is food was.

Me and my Nan went out to lunch at Wimpy in Farnborough. When we arrived, we were greeted well, and we took our seats. Our order was taken and within five minutes, the food and drinks arrived. I?d recommend the simply griddled chicken burger, it?s the best burger I?ve ever had!!! Not an understatement. The pudding was great too. I?d recommend to anybody needing lunch in Farnborough. Also, as a sidenote: as a member of the autistic community, Wimpy had a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I didn?t feel stressed at all.

Parking: Plenty of disabled parking spaces close by and safe walking journey to the Wimpy.
Good selection of small local retail shops. It was bustling with shoppers.
