Very decent hotel with very modern and colourful rooms. The food was very good in the restaurant but felt that the room service options online could be improved and made suggestions.

This is the best of the Village Hotels I've stayed in.Staff are super helpful.Gym, pool and sauna are really top class.When I stayed here last week the personal trainer in gym was awesome because he set up a bespoke cycle spin class for me in spin studio because all bikes in gym occupied. Spin class was really good as an added bonus. Great job ?.

Full of gym bunnies. Self check in not for me. Parking spaces very few and smart car sized. Watched from my room as range rover wives dived in and out to gym smashing door against door or parking in mum spaces...fuming.Rooms: Big enough. Good shower. Beds OK. Blinds silly opened from floor so no modesty afforded.Food & drinks: £16 burger and chips. All u can eat brekky OK can ask for poached or fried eggs. Bacon was streaky!. Lager £6 expected but large red wine £13 ????

Date: 8th Feb 2024Time: 11:451. Poor customer service:My wife and I went for a day spa for the very 1st time. No one showed us where to go apart from verbal instruction(it would be more helpful if someone showed us where to go)2. Rude Spoiled brat young female pool attendant. This particular member of the team was rude and showed me some attitude when I made an honest mistake by taking my phone to the pool area as I was looking for my wife. I didn't see the sign inside the changing room ( that was my honest mistake) but the attitude she gave me was very very rude. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and disgusting. I am a little bit upset for what happened and hopefully that particular person will receive more training.

Visited for the first time for a dinner reservation, food came out, looked nice, but unfortunately the turkey was dry and chewy, then went to bar and both times was ignored by the bar staff despite it being quiet, bar staff need to be aware of customers waiting at the bar and not ignore them and serve others making the wait even longer, overall first impressions, poor sadly will not return again. Also feel the roast a little overpriced at £17.50.

I have stayed at the Village Hotel Farnborough several times and this time it seemed better than ever. Booking online was easy and their price is competitive. I received a friendly welcome at reception and help with a speedy check in using the self check in machine. My room (424) on the top floor was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had been recently refurbished with an excellent walk in, waterfall shower.The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep.I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the village bar and the fish & chips was good with prompt service.With a club room, use of the gym and pool was included. The gym is excellent and the pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room was very clean with two lanes for doing lengths.Breakfast was excellent with friendly, helpful staff on hand to keep things topped up.Thank you to all at Village Hotel Farnborough for a most enjoyable stay and excellent customer service.

Unimpressed with the restaurant. We ate both nights which I deeply regret. Day 1 espresso martini sold out. Mains were ok. Desert that wifey wanted sold out. We booked a table last night 23rd Feb 24 for 8 o.c for 4 people as friends came to eat & celebtrate my birthday. I was told the seats were reserved. When we went to sit down there was no reserved seat. In fact there was not a table available. I personally helped clear a table, pinched a few free seats to we could eat. All 4 of us went for the selection of steak gourmet burgers and every single one wasn't available. I couldn't be arsed to complain at the time as had a few beers and didn't want to make a scene. Apart from this other facilities and room we were ok with buy certainly won't be going back.Food & drinks: See previous comments.

Staff was friendly, check in and out was fast and easy and the hotel is in a quiet area. The pub in the hotel shows the football games and is full on match days. There are things to be desired from the hotel room cleanliness. The hotel is located in an area quite distant from the Farnborough center.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in experience and clean and well equipped rooms with comfy beds. I was on the top floor and could hear the fan on the roof which made sleep tricky. A hen party shouting in the corridors also was frustrating. Overall though, a positive stay.Rooms: Clean, comfy and modern.

Can't comment on rooms as only went for a meal. It's like Weathrspoons. Crazy busy with lack of staff. Food came wrong. Reordered waited 25 mins gave up. Spoke to waiter ad the other 3 meals were not good at all. Cold hard chips. Coleslaw disgusting. Burgers OK ish. Really not happy and left totally deflated with the experience. It was all about the football and beers. Not a nice family birthday meal out at all. Joke.

Great hotel.Everything perfect apartment from the smokers standing right in the main entrance smoking and leaving all the cigarette ends on the ground.
