Had a problem with a mobile phone,took the phone to the 3 phone shop in Farnborough, where one of the staff called Ahyan rectified the problem in minutes.

We received great customer service from Fran and Aman in store. We had a few complications whilst swapping over to Three but they were really helpful and patient. Three have some amazing offers on and we're really happy with our new Google Pixel phones. Definitely recommend ??

Worst customer service, waited for half an hour for my turn, didn?t get any help at all, the staff were talking about my issue and were showing hesitancy to solve it right in front of my eyes, very disappointed

I recently visited Farnborough 3store and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful(As if they are working on desk job not even standing up to welcome a guest i think they should remove chairs for team ), making the shopping experience frustrating. Every time we need to wait for 15-20 min without any acknowledgment , This lack of attention to customer needs is unacceptable. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service quality

Bad service, even though you sign a contract in the shop you have to phone to cancel it. Staff did not have a clue what was doing.Been a 3 customer for over 10 years, NOW moved to EE.Tried to phone store today 45 mins and NO ANSWERsorry this day and age its simply not good enough i moved to EE and saved £20 a month with also bigger data

Drove over this morning to help a vulnerable friend upgrade their mobile phone contract. Arrived soon after 10am and the shop was closed. We waited around for half an hour and nobody appeared. No sign on the shutter or window to say why. A waste of a journey.
