I have always found the staff very helpful, maybe because I am polite, faulty equipment is not down to the staff, but the company, the general public need to practice being more accommodating when shopping, except that not everything is their right ?

The staff are in serious need of some customer service training, especially the young guy who seems to work during the day. A please and thank you would be asking too much, it's like talking to a brick wall. You might as well replace the last two tills with more self service checkouts. If I were Tesco and I was reading this, I'd seriously consider a few mystery shops. I've been coming here for many years just out of convenience but the moment something else close-by pops up, I'll go there regardless of price. Appalling basis customer service skills.

Depressing store with people who you can see hate being there, always waiting long to be served. Some staff is unhelpful without etiquette for any customer service. Always tills not working or lack of stock or lack of staff. One of the worst stores in UK.

Today I bought this doritos and when came back home me and my friend eat this meal but when we saw the expiry date it was already expired ten days ago.May be there are more items in the store that may be expired.so make sure before you buy something by check the expiry date.

Been trying to return an Evri parcel for the past month and a half. Every time the staff keeps saying it will be available the following week. Made to queue with the parcel in my hands several times, only to be told at the till they don't do Evri because their printer is broken. It's been 7 weeks now and no one bothered to put a sign outside to warn customers. Unbelievable! I do agree with the previous review. The guy at the till is quite arrogant and has no customer skills at all!

Staff are arrogant and don't give a hoot about customer service. Everytime I have to drop off a EVRI parcel which requires a label the printer has never worked. When asking a staff member about getting it reset (as per the screen prompts) the staff cannot be bothered. Truth is is the parcel handling is too much effort for them so the printer is "set" to be offline. Have mentioned this to EVRI also, as it's their business which is being affected by this.

Absolutely disgusted due to the lack of respect from the staff, accusing people randomly of stealing without any proof !! When proven different, that everything was paid for, manager Bans just laughs it off and no apology given. He even insulting people's intelligence by making fun of clients in groups of 2 with other colleague. They did not want to provide me with details where I can make a complaint or show me an ID badge.

Hella average no cap, my big baggyuetee was absolute cheek but my slime Pen's pasta was scranned down hand style, L place no fork!
