Staff here were particularly rude (moreso than the rude staff i encounter in other superdrug locations) and it made my experience very uncomfortable. As an individual who also works in retail, i understand the frustrations with the role, however i never treat customers with rudeness and would expect anyone to be treated with politeness and respect at least. I was picking up a parcel and the worker asked me to tell them what was inside, which i know for a fact is not a requirement. I would give zero stars if i could!!! Superdrug need to train their staff better and treat their customers with respect. What a joke!

Terrible customer service, would 100% avoid this shop. Don?t go to farnborough Superdrug. They don?t listen to you, they don?t help.

Well stocked and convenient location but the staff are belligerently intent on insisting you sign up for a loyalty card. Saying 'no' multiple times while a queue built up behind me at the till made my visit exceedingly frustrating.
