The guy serving is so rude here, he has no customer skills and the place could do with a clean.
The girl seems to do the work and English isn?t great but she is pleasant enough
Worse thing is random people use the seating outside to smoke and they are not customers

It now seems accepted to spend a staggering £4 on a cup of coffee. It was originally sold as an experience but this experience is wobbly tables, uncomfortable seats, uncleared tables and all at a premium cost.
The staff were friendly but it isn't enough for me to return

I was waiting to be served. Ignored me for 10 secs but maybe they did not see me. I asked what the drink tastes like, was met with 'I don't know I don't drink coconut' sarcastic tone. I asked for regular . She asked what size, I repeated , and looked like she was holding her anger. Mess on the floor . No stocks. And busy chatting.
Otherwise the drink was very tasty but shame about the very rude service by the young lady.

Cool lemon was indeed cool as 99% of the beverage content is iced cubes... Cappuccino was ok though. Service was fine.

Staff always really lovely in there and the service can be a little slow sometimes, but that?s when they?re manic and rushed off their feet. They always great with smiles and just overall friendly and the coffee is always gorgeous and hot.

What an awful coffee shop , at 11.45 on a Friday morning!! Dirty plates, cups everywhere!! Food and napkins on the floor and run out of medium cups! Well clean and clear the tables and you would have the cups !Coffee wasOk !

Manager just chatting whilst trainee and one staff member try and make drinks , my iced matcha was disgusting had to throw it away. Waste of time and money.

After travelling the globe and experiencing many different Starbucks coffee shops over the years I can honestly say this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Two staff on duty during a quiet period that took an exceptionally long time to make the drinks. Neither of them showed any interest in delivering drinks in a timely manner or enthusiasm towards their customers. Once we received our drinks and looked for a seat we were met with what can only be described as a junk yard. Each seat and table were covered with old food, spilt drinks, used cups and rubbish over the floor. Absolutely disgusting way to maintain a business. I regret coming in to this Starbucks on that day with my son and wasting money. To sum it up, I won?t be going back or recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area.

It's not great this one. They don't fill the cups and if you get delivery you're stuck with it.
