Went to get on of the new Christmas drinks the other day and got server by a lovely barrister named Ashley at the till. I waited at the end of the counter where another member of staff Misha was making my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I was talking to there manager Maria and she has a good team working with her today.

This is my favourite Starbucks. The staff are all so lovely! I'm particularly fussy about temperature and my drinks are always made to perfection.

Apparently no cash payments from 5pm because they have cashed up...Only 2 hours before they close, no signage and barristas who won't make eye contact! Ridiculous!

I was given a heavy large mug of water and milk with a teabag dumbed in it. The tea bag couldn't brew in Lukewarm water. It was like warm watery milk.

Good Starbucks. Friendly staff. Vanilla Latte actually tastes like vanilla latte, which many branches get wrong all the time.

Nice little spot to relax with seats around the foyer by the Village reception area. Quite a small Starbucks with friendly staff.Shame the "hot chocolate" of any size consists of possibly 2-3 microscopic grains of actual cocoa or chocolate! A blatant ripoff which should be the subject of a House of Lords debate.Simply a cup of warm milk with cream so unless you're the local moggie, get something else or a beer at the nearby bars. Worst I've ever had by far.

I visited with my sister, when her tea came, I took it to her, but the abrupt attitude of the person serving in telling the whole cafe area that I hadn't paid was embarrassing. I came back with the tea and paid, waited for my coffee, then went and sat down. We were sitting in full view of the serving area. It made the experience unpleasant, and my sister commented, "What was that all about?" Shame when the person thought I would do a runner with a mug of tea. I'm not sure whether I will go back there....

This is a small Starbuck located on the ground floor of the Village Hotel in Farnborough.It has limited seating in the coofe shop itself, but there is seating near by that can be used to enjoy your Starbucks.All the usual coffee and different combinations and ant offers ate available, and as far as I can tell the cost are no different to other Starbucks in the local area.The coffee served here is as you have come to expect is very good.So if you are at the hotel it's nice to know that you can get your caffeine fix, right on your door sep.The only thing g to be aware of is the opening times as they are different to what you might expect.
