Store is ok however I parked adjacent to the store and happy to pay for parking but forgot as you pay on way out which is unusual enough to easily forget.
You could say it?s my fault but I need to convey my frustration to store management so they can understand why probably wont shop there again. £42 charge is robbery in my opinion. I understand it?s a private parking company. It?s still extortionate.

Recently, I went to sports direct looking for a new pair of running shoes. I bought ASICS gel flux 8 shoes with no issues. After a few short runs totalling less than 30km in 3 weeks, the glue started to fail between the sole and fabric of the shoe. Upon returning the faulty pair, I was told I shouldn?t have ran in the shoes as they were ?not? running shoes. All information on the website and in store indicates they are running shoes. The cashier?s attitude was awful after consulting a manger about the return. They did process the refund as instructed by the manager but this was a bad experience.

Usual quality products at with competitive prices and friendly staff. I would always recommend going into the shop especially for shoes as the manufacturers have a tendancy to come up small and these should always be tried and not to shop on line as with Sports Direct it will cost you £4.99 to return anything!

The worst brunch you can ever go in a hole of Britain , I have paid for everything , my son had football match on that day , the cashier didn?t put the shin pads in the bag which we paid for , he was a trainee working on his own on the till , you can?t get better than this can you? Lots of mistakes. Everything was so confusing. , just to pay for a simple order , I will be coming there to collect the shin pads We have to go through CCTV to prove that, that is very time consuming for someone else?s mistake. Family bought 4 tshirts, paid for it. Got home and checked that we were charged for 5 tshirts i steady. Refusing to check cameras and refund.

Wife bought a pair of expensive trainers for our son?s birthday, but the size was too small, so attempted to replace unworn trainers at the store, as you normally do with any normal retailer.
Not the case at Sports Direct in Farnborough, though.
My wife was repeatedly humiliated by manager Matthew and told that? the trainers were in ?unsellable condition??!
Brand new trainers, only one tried at home and suddenly they are ?unsellable?.
We have made an official complaint to the head office and currently awaiting their response.
In the meantime I took the trainers to another store and after a carefull examination they were accepted for a store credit refund without any reservations.
