I?ve been a loyal Specsavers customer for over 20 years, but since transferring to the Farnborough branch my experience has been awful. On several occasions I?ve been spoken to in a dismissive and unhelpful way by the front of house team, leaving me frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I?ve tried to raise this with management, but they are impossible to reach online, which only adds to the poor experience. The opticians themselves are excellent, but the customer service at the front desk really lets the branch down, and I won?t be returning.

Paid for an eye test and was then left to browse for over half an hour with no offer of help or support from staff. After the appointment, I contacted the store to ask for a PD (pupillary distance) measurement?something that?s essential for ordering glasses?and was bluntly told, ?no, can?t help.?
I felt completely dismissed after paying for a service and receiving no follow-up care or assistance. Ended up having to go elsewhere to get what I needed. Would not recommend based on this experience.

From making the appointment to entering the store and having my eyes tested I was made to feel comfortable. Everything explained at every stage and no pressure to buy glasses on the day.

I had a great times at specsavers farnborough especially to sam scott my contact lense optician he is very profesional he will look after you in a best he can he will call you to check everything and he always make sure everything goes well..very kind person personaly

Highly recommend going here if you've ever gone to the Aldershot branch. Although Farnborough is not my closest, I won't be going back to Aldershot as I've always found the staff in there unhelpful

Test fine and helpful. glasses work but the prices seemed very high this time for some pretty basic frames. New glasses cases very cheap, egg box feel, and fiddly to close. Reverted to my older, robust boxes that I had at home.

My daughter had a trail appointment for contact lenses, have to say the lovely gentleman doing the job is so calm and relaxed with his voice ,he put my daughter as ease, my daughter struggle at 1st but he's so patient he's a lovely person , 1000 % recommended to anyone wanting to try contacts , all the staff at thus branch are all ?
