**AVOID**. Terrible place. Manager is rude, argumentative and arrogant. Stick to a local company and avoid this Farnborough store at all costs. Their business model seems to be to get a deposit off you at a unrealistic price, then once a surveyor has measured up the cost doubles!!!

We went to SCS looking for news Sofas we weren't sure if we wanted leather or Fabric Nick the Sale professional came to us and help us very well with information about the sofas we look at ..Nick was a very nice guy and very professional at his job thanks. We have brought a very beautiful italian beautiful leather sofas there we very happy indeed ??

Terrible company, will never buy a couch from them again. After waiting 6 weeks oir couch was crushed in transit.Accidents happen I understand that. But they way the company dealt with it was terrible. We had no couch for over 2 weeks despite their promise to send a temporary couch. No-one inbthe company knew what was going on and after 2 cancellations of a temporary couch we finally cancelled the order and fortunately got 100% of our money back.Avoid this company!!

Terrible service, walk into the store and straight away forced to sanitise by the blonde short haired woman. You feel uncomfortable by the way they look at you walking around the store not to mention you've got staff following you around the store as if you're a thief and are about to steal something. Dreadful, rude and disgusting attitude of the staff. They are the worst furniture shop, had a bad experience with their company before too where they conned us out of spending way over our budget years ago whilst buying a Sofa set which didn't last half as long as it should of done. Won't be returning !!!!

I went there to have a look at some recliners with my husband. Once inside you can loose your chance to breathe and to take 5 minutes to think in peace as the sales are literally ON YOUR NECK as if they were police officers and you the thief!Talking and talking and talking and asking so many leading questions just to sell a piece of furniture!

Jezza & John delivered our sofa's and brought them into the house, unpackaged, screwed on the feet and took the packaging away.Also left a cleaning kit!These guys were amazing bearing in mind its not easy getting through the front door.....These guys went the extra mile and we can't thank them enough!!!

Worst service I ever got. They Emailed me that fitter is coming today for carpet fitting. But he didn?t came. Took a day off but they wasted whole day and I received a call saying that they can cancel order after deduction of 25% cancellation fees. I just wast to return other products I bought from there.

Very friendly staff with a great choice. There was a variety of products with different price ranges available to suit everyone's needs! The staff really did go above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for all their help!
