Went to ship a package to kenya yesterday . Sale assistance was helpful and friendly. ? Manager was negative when l asked either my package was sealed safely all a long was negative and not friendly obvious friendly approach is key on business terms may be was having a bad day as my previous experience was good. Smiling can make a difference to customers

Really helpful staff (Athena and Kelly). Although they don?t stock typewriter ribbons they directed me to a useful website. Got some excellent quality pencils and highlighters while we visited. Would highly recommend the Farnborough branch.

I went into Ryman today and was greeted by Athena. She was incredibly helpful and was able to find me what I needed quickly whilst also giving me helpful tips on which whiteboard pens would be best of me to use and art supplies that would help make my work have a higher quality :) I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Picking up more supplies for next terms with of teaching, would have probably walked out with the wrong staple size or printer ink if not for Athena.

I print 2 paper. The lady said 30p each. At the end she Charge me 3. 1 pound. I realized she Charged me extra. She said oh, 2. 5pound service charge..

Few weeks back, I needed some posters made up for an event, was served by Athena who paid meticulous attention to my every need, they were professional, funny and seemed happy and passionate in helping with everything I asked.
