On Thursday I went into your store in Farnborough to make a start on my Christmas Shopping, I was greeted by two ladies that were exceptionally lovely. The customer service was impeccable and I highly recommend this store if you are looking for outstanding stationary. I even got offered to have a go on the massage chair, I asked them what their names were because they were so professional, thankyou Julia and Clare for making my experience enjoyable and for helping me start my Christmas Shopping. Clare has been amazing today - she went above and beyond to help get some labels printed for me for a charity event when she could have easily said it wasn?t possible? all despite working in a boiling hot shop at 30c as the air con was broken. All with a smile! Thank you

Entered the store today for some information on printers, as a photographer, it was important for me to scout a decent one I can use for a long time without refilling it. The younger member of staff (they wore a spacey headcover) was incredibly knowledgeable about the printers kept in stock as well as their properties and how each would benefit me in my profession.Second to none, 12/10 service in deserving of praise and recognition!Thank You so much for your wonderful insight and technological wisdom.

Today I popped down to the local Ryman in my town. Upon walking in I was instantly greeted by a lovely, friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales assistant called Athena. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I did experience some issues with sending my picture to the email but he was so tech savvy that he was able to resolve the issue instantly. Also the manager Julia was ever so kind and lovely. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that this Rymans is the best that I have ever visited and have also experienced the utmost best customer service ever since residing in Farnborough.

Very helpful service by all staff. Manager always very helpful. Despite not being able to complete my request today the staff and especially Athena did their best to attempt to fix a problem with humour and a smile. Ryman Farnborough is my go to office supply store.
