Nice meal, not much mince in the kids spaghetti meals and the lasagne
The deals were very confusing and wasn't explained correctly to start off with and kids free meal option was not explained correctly, and was added the bill

Been going to Prezzo?s for nearly 15 years and can say this was the worst meal I?ve ever had,firstly they forgot our starter then bought out the mains after 50mins of waiting then offered our starter and main at the same time!!! When we finally got to our main meal it was obvious that our main meals were kept warm whilst we had our forgotten our starters,my calzone was chewy and my wife?s salmon was dry.I?m sorry to say that Prezzos have now lost our custom,not because of the food but because of the lack of apologising!!!
