Went to the store on Saturday 14 October to purchase fish food amongst other things with my 7 year old son, whilst browsing my son really needed the toilet, we asked if we could use it and were told by the store managers that we could use Lidl next door, I advised her theirs was out of order we were then told to walk 250+ metres away to Asda. Needless to say we left without purchasing anything. Thank you to the wonderful staff at DFS next door who came to our rescue. I will never visit this deplorable store with diabolical management again. Thank goodness there is a well run Pets at Home in Farnham!!!

Brought lots of fish costing nearly £100 and they all died 2 days later. Staff didn't seem to care and apparently it was my fault. I have had fish for years and never had this problem . Will never buy fish here again.

Went in for flea and tick spot on treatment, the staff could not be more helpful. They checked if I knew about a cheaper subscription service (which I already have with my vet). Brilliant customer service and very friendly! Love this place..
