Food is good but i will give a negative review as I ordered online with their promo, ordered extra brownies but when delivered, no cheesy bacon tots(included in the promo) and brownie. Spoke to supervisor and told me that due to inconvenience, they will compensate with 2 pizza and free delivery on my next order which he will put a note on my account name. After 6 days, tried to rang them to avail the compensation (2 pizza) to which I added another order of brownies and chicken combo then the manager rang and telling me that I will not get that compensation as nothing has been put/noted on my account and offered me the missed delivered food. I told him that I've check it twice what compensation will I received on that day but still saying that nothing has been noted then he asked me what's the name of that person to which I cannot recall but then when I told him that you will know who's that supervisor on the day that I've ordered but now he's saying that he cannot call him to confirm about the compensation as he went to holiday, so, I decided to cancel it and while I'm still talking, the manager put the phone down. What a good service!! Will not order again.....

Awful experience. Don't believe any of the reviews below and don't waste your time!
Delivery took nearly 25 minutes, arrived with no quality seal so food could have been exposed, in a dented box and stone cold.
Delivery driver took the food off the back seat of the car, no delivery bag at all!
Called to explain and was told nothing they could do I just had to email customer service online!
Really gone downhill. Not worth ordering just go elsewhere!
