Went for a phone contract and Zara a young woman who originally works at the Winchester branch was working the farnborough town branch and helped us through the process of setting up a phone contract by giving us the best options for the phones, its specs different phone plans best suitable for what we were looking for etc. She also helped with queries like how to keep the same number as we were previously with Vodafone. She was friendly, kind and funny and made the process seem quick and easy. I would recommend her to everyone and she definitely deserves some kind of incentives for how hard she works at making the process effortless for customers. Thank you again Zara! :)

Recent change of store management. Previously felt as customers were intruding visiting the store. Could be 15% more engaging and welcoming. There's a fine line between laid back and couldn't care.

Staff are extremely rude and don't care about customer service they say they will call u back and don't then u just get okay anwser and no info atall. I ordered an Xbox due on 1st and it was due to collect from store on 3rd and still nothing on there system and not nothing to even look or find out what's going on I'm an O2 customer and would expect to be treated better than this after thos experience and there singal aswell which is terrible I'm looking to leave O2 customer service and service has gone down hill massively now they have got so big don't seem to care about anything other than getting there payments that just keep going up through the roof

9am open ? Nope wasn't open at 9.20am when I arrived .The person I saw was rude and told me to go home and ring customer service.

I had a problem with my new SIM so went to the Farnborough shop. Spoke to Adam who went through the issue with me. I would like to say how much I was impressed with Adam's professionalism, technical knowledge and patience.I wish all interactions with company representatives were as good as this!Well done Adam.

This morning I lost my mobile whilst walking my dogs. I went to O2 to see if they could help find my mobile as I have no house phone at home. I spoke to the manager Sam very friendly with a big smile, he called my mobile and I managed to retrieve my mobile. Thank you Sam x I have everything on my phone, I would be lost without it.
