I found a reduced item through self checkout that was a higher price than original.
I called over an assistance who didn't understand, kept saying no its right and said I was wrong.
So I called another assistance who was even worse, rude, entitled and offensive. I'm disabled, suffer from anxiety along with severe physical disabilities and having 2 staff members not understanding.
So now I've these 2 women, not a clue, and was then accused of shouting from the ride entitled teenager. No Im not shouting, if you want me to shout you will certainly know the difference.
Why is everything shouting when you raise you tone. There are many different levels before you get to shouting. Because of my disabilities (neurodiverse) that is a trigger for me and I asked for the manager who is fetched straight away. Then I watch this teenager with these these thick artificial eyelashes, with huge blobs of mascara that were so curly I struggled to see how she kept her eyes open and wondered if they were the reason she couldn't see, but they imade her look as nasty as she was.
She never went to get him, she was explaining her side with very expressive arms. I then shouted over, why are you trying to influence the nsnager, lets talk here.
The manager comes with a biased attitude, I explain what has happened, how neither assistance know what I was talking about, how rude and arrogant the teenager was and how illegal under the Equality Act her actions were. I quoted section 15, Section 21, Section 26 with her actions.
The manager did the same and said that the price was per kilo that was printed. No, I said, thats the original price, underneath in much small text us the price per kg. We wouldnt have it, so I calked the kh price. He stuttered, checked and rechecked then reluctantly agreed with me it was over priced and they had made a mistake.
Mistakes will happen, but don't take it out on me like I'm stupid with an attitude that im only a customer and they know better.
I advised the manager to talk to his staff about their words tone and actions. I went through all that grief because the 2 women didn't have a clue, the teenage woman biased the manager that put him in a difficult position when I was right and they were lacking commonsense.
The manager then did listen to me about that staff member how I was picked in because no matter how hard I tried they lacked the ability to comprehend.

Disappointing, run down and below usual fine standard
First time visiting, late afternoon on a Saturday , looked nice from the outside
All the fresh bars; fishmonger, salad bar etc already covered and closed , most products available but generally lacklustre and unappealing, with the exception of fruit & veg department
All ten manned checkouts closed
Self service only, with queues? only one member of staff visible
And Open for another 5 hours?
Sorry excuse for a Morrisons, would not recommend

Went to the pharmacy, where not only was the elderly lady curt and impolite, but she gave me the incorrect medical prescription that the doctor had sent for me. I?ll need to make another trip, of which is not ideal, as not only will that waste fuel in this economy, but these were antibiotics that I needed for urgent treatment. I?m left shocked and disappointed, especially considering the lady had clearly known there was an issue as she took a few moments on the till (clearly knowing she?d given me the wrong medicine) but completed the transaction anyways. This is ridiculous, as the receipt clearly states what I was SUPPOSED to get.

I often shop here. All good. Cold cooked meats, salad bar and bakery are always good. Fresh fruit and veg always great. Plenty of parking

I used to often use the "Click & Collect" service. There used to be time slots throughout the day but recently during the week there are now only two slots available for the whole day.

Excellent choice of produce. Quiet at the time I went. All shelves stacked up. Smiling faces at the tills. Petrol/diesel is the cheapest aroundyat the moment! Great new re fit if the store.....

Please ploppersons , can you please tell me how on earth your clients are supposed to plan for a full shop when half the shelves/ freezers are empty? Or no price for certain products I.e cooked meats . Also your pigeon infestation is not acceptable whilst entering or leaving the morrisons store Farnborough! Sort out you pest infestation. All in all your only good for that pint of milk 'you' forgot.

Sadly the most depressing and disappointing supermarket experience I've had.
Store is shabby and on a Saturday afternoon looked like somewhere closing down. Fish counter empty apart from some fish heads, deli counter had everything covered. Half empty shelves in all the fresh sections.
Also not impressed by seeing city meat left out on a board in the open with no one around.
Was giving Morrisons a try again (found Woking quite good but that's a few years back). Won't be rushing back.

I like Morrisons but this branch is showing its age. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The meat section was depressingly sparsely stocked and what was available was not well presented.
The rest of the store was cramped and though well stocked it wasn't well light
On the whole if you live near by I'm sure it's convenient but overall it seems to be a bit past best before date.

Morrisons has plenty of parking and we have never had an issue with it apart from people abusing parent and children bays. This shop is usually well stocked and never have any issues purchasing from here. We use the Morrisons More club to save money on our shop and recently get free and reduced priced Pyrex dishes. Sometimes we even visit the cafe while we are here. My 2 year old son enjoys pushing around the little childrens trolleys which are great.
