I think the mood and energy of a shop is so important and to have happy, bubbly friendly people to talk too set this shop appart from the shops with stuffy, bored staff that are too intimidating to approach. I was given all the information I needed and left having a better understanding of what I might want but also left with a massive smile on my face because these ladies know how to hype a girl up!
