I live in London and could not believe the helpfulness and courtesy I experienced from 2 members of the JD team there, Josh and Kieron! They were both friendly and attentive and I couldn?t praise them enough!! EXCELLENT SERVICE all round, above and beyond.

Visited today. 2 assistants at till, but no acknowledgement. then made to feel an inconvenience. Customer survey on card machine was hen completed by staff which was frustrating. purchased what I wanted but not a great customer service experience. Area manager was in store but, didn't make any difference.

No confirmation of shop receiving the product, the staff of the shop were unprofessional over the phone & also in person. Got confirmation text/email to say it had been delivered to the shop 2 days after I had actually picked up the order

Horrible staff. There was a long queue but 4 staff was by the door talking. Manager was as rude as someone can get. Very very disgusting service. Never going back.

Manager was very rude and dismissive had horrible service had to go to a different jd to get my stuff couldn't deal with the horrible service. Feel bad for the workers who have to deal with the manager to be honest

Good store, but not a large store so limited stock. Staff a little lackadaisical, could have been more attentive, quite young assistants in store, wondering if an older manager would sort this out!!! Not bad, but been to better

Tricky experience really. I ordered two products, and received an email to collect them. Turns out, only half my things were ready to pick up. Two months later, its clear the other item isn't coming. The only easy to deal with that is to dial customer service, which was not pleasant. Had to send an email follow up, and was then not given the option of collecting the item but was sent a refund, which took a fortnight to arrive. So like, no. There are better options of sporting goods, use one of them. SportsDirect, Amazon, just not JD.
