This place offers incredible value without compromising on quality. You'll find delicious meals, tasty ales, and fine wines at prices that will amaze you.
I'm a regular here, drawn by their excellent breakfast. The food is always cooked to perfection, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. For added convenience, you can order your meal through the app.
Unlike other Wetherspoon pubs, the Tilly Shilling doesn't start serving alcohol until 9 AM. Personally, I prefer to wait until the sun is high in the sky before indulging (unless I'm at the airport).
One of the best perks is the unlimited tea and coffee. It's a fantastic deal that makes this place even more appealing. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

So start with good bits
Food was fine lacking on the chips with american burger. Drinks reasonably priced and good quality ales
Service would be nice if delivered with a smile.
Bar staff ok but all seem to be stand off ish its lacking that warmth feeling and manager has a weird way of closing
Staff say closes at 1am
Manager comes round and tells u its last orders at 00.45
So we finish our drinks and go to bar to get last orders to be told were shut. Within a minute or two of just been informed its last orders.
Perhaps next time manager should say time at the bar thank you or oub could go back to old way and ring the bell.

Great pub for food and cheap drinks.
Service is always with a smile, the only issues is there's no music but great if u want a nice meal.
Parking: There's parking in and around town but none at the location everything is within 2 min walk.

Great pub as normal but security need to tighten up especially on weekends.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy flat surface access.

Don't usually leave feed back but it's a busy pub food was hot and worth every penny staff busy bit not to busy to help customers thumbs up to all the managers and staff here

Called in 6pm Saturday evening for a quick beer and wrap. Quality service, beer selection a bit down - haven't had an OP for ages - must be 1/2ABV down since last drunk! But totally acceptable. I feel sorry for other local pubs. It's just too easy.

This weatherspoons is a bit out of town but still easy to walk to. There is Sainsbury car park less then 1 minute walk from there.Staff are nice enough can't fault them.

Busy Wetherspoons, is it me or is the food not as good value as it used to be? Drinks were fine. Service slow but it was really busy.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families in who seemed to be enjoying themselves.
