Full of freezers and all things cold. Got plenty to choose from. Only popped in for some a box of lollies, came out with 2!! Cheeky me.
Staff were all busy stocking up or chatting about tiktok videos or something like that. 1 guy running the checkout, well I think it was?? Not much convo apart from offering my some nearly out of date cakes for 50p.

Very poor experience shopping at Iceland foods. I saw customers being treated very badly and rudely by one of their staff called Caitlin who claimed she was the manager. She refused to serve the customers just because they were using their own shopping bags instead of the basket, there were only buying a few items too! In the recent heatwave you?d think the staff would be more accommodating and empathetic to allow customers to buy some drinks and refreshment. Very rude and disappointed. Won?t shop at Farnborough again! Hope the manager gets fired!

Unprofessional staff,rude behaviour with the customers,spacialy the girl with the eye glasses. Every evening no one stay at the till waiting time is more .Not at all recommended to buy anything,very poor customer service.

Mixed feelings lately, getting around the store can be a nightmare if busy with them putting bins in the isle's to max out what they can sell, I get the need for it, but it's challenging at times, and they also put big bags for rubbish as well making it even more challenging when busy.
The range is drastically different from what we are used to, a lot of stuff we usually get isn't there anymore, the price of being a small store trying to max out it's biggest sellers, I understand why and can't blame them, but it does mean we are getting much less there due to that, it's ok, but not as good as it used to be.

Went on Tuesday for the over 60s discount. Never the most organised store. Maybe because they have limited space, food is stacked everywhere and not always a logic to where things are placed, so not always easy to find what you are looking for. Good selection of frozen food but some of the multi buy discounts not suitable for a single person household. Have had problems before when price signage inaccurate but they have always honoured the displayed price. There was no price by the Quality Street pouches so I checked the app and said 2 for £6. I was charged the full price, which I questioned. A supervisor was called over and she explained the app is nothing to do with them and that it was an online offer only (nowhere did it state that) and they go by the prices displayed in store (although no price had been actually shown). Always a long queue at the till so best to go at less busy times. Shop is clean and staff usually friendly

Could do with a bit of a remodel. Feels quite old and outdated. Never the less, staff are polite, in a decent location to other shops. Like other icelands shops fantastic value, good deals and produce is really good.

Visited Iceland Farnborough on 23/9/24...saw 8 items for £10 in first 3freezers on the right as I walked in...put my 8 items in my basket an proceeded to checkout... items were put through till only to find that some of them shouldn't have been in that promotion freezer..told by staff they shouldn't be there...so said I didn't want them an false advertisement....staff apologetic bt how many people will get to the till an pay the full price... checkout person said it's always happening an wouldn't shop there...!!! Nt gd if staff are saying that .

The bottles of drink on the Shelves were not put on properly and then they nearly fell on my baby and when I told staff this is a health and safety issue they told me it?s customers putting them back but the whole aisle was stocked up so I don?t see how it?s how the customers put it back when the staff have stocked them up.

The level of organisation is absolutely shocking. I ordered a delivery to come on the 3rd of April, when they delivered it the items were completely wrong we received someone else?s shopping by mistake which I understand mistakes happen so I phoned the store they apologised and said they?d have it sent back out for the first slot in the morning which I agreed, the items in that delivery were fine but I was still missing some so I phoned again and said I?m still missing bits (this is bad they should?ve notified me of a refund or substituted the missing items) they then sent the missing bits out again but they were wrong again? I gave up and just accepted it I couldn?t be bothered to chase it anymore. I thought I?d give them another chance and Today I was expected to receive an order from 10am-12pm which never turned up, nobody knocked or rang the door, I called the store to ask and the staff member just said it was an unsuccessful delivery (wasn?t notified by phone email or text) and they would resend it out in the next delivery slot. This was useless to me as I had guests at 12:30 I needed to feed. I asked for a refund but I?ve had no confirmation of refund or cancellation. Really poor customer service, they?re okay in store but definitely wouldn?t recommend home delivery at all.

Had a delivery on Sunday with an item missing and was told I would be given a refund back to the card that it was paid on. Unfortunately this wasn?t the case and I?ve waited longer than the policy 3 to 5 days for a refund. I?ve contacted the branch a couple of times and the first time I was told 3 to 5 day refund policy after waiting 3 to 5 days, I then made another call to the same branch and was told by a member of staff that I needed to send a form to receive my refund due to no mistake of my own, how many more customers Have they done this to I would not recommend having a delivery from Farmborough Iceland

The store is acceptably clean, tidy and fairly well stocked. The let down is the poor customer service and the inability to take a trolley to the car! The staff are disinterested and the supervisor couldn't have cared less for customer service (they couldn't even remember their 5/6 digit log in code to void an item and everyone now knows their pass-code) as a retail manager myself I would certainly look to tidying up the attitudes and quality of service. For a mid-sat shift, I would be looking to ensure the 4 staff putting out stock were on tills instead! A queue of 6+ people with big shops needed to be addressed quicker.
