We received excellent assistance from Kelly in store, she spent a lot of time with us while we were there helping us with information on carpet and underlay products, and helping us with what we could achieve in our home as we wished to cover up a wood floor without removing it. Delivery and fitting of the carpets were quicker than we expected which was excellent, and we are very happy with the how it has turned out. Customer service from Kelly was fantastic, with help in store, updates on delivery and fitting, and also a follow up after the work was carried out. “I ordered replacement number plates online and then went to the store to collect and get them fitted.
Once I showed my V5C I was asked to take seat while they prepared them.
Literally 3 minutes later they were ready and the fitter came to my assistance.
He checked my car and went into the store to get the right fittings.
I was on my way within 7 minutes of entering the shop.

Was a real change from some of the other stores we visited on the same day where we were lucky if we got a grump 'wanna a bag'.

Thank you to all the boys that helped us to buy the lamonate floor at a great price (Wickes is simply unbeatable when it comes to sales they have in their stores).
