Took my car to farnborough halfords to get my rear indicator bulb changed.I've had problems with this bulb working intermittently since I bought the car.Chris at Halfords did a fantastic job repairing connections inside bulb holder so that he could get me back on the road. What excellent, interactive and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything carefully explained with great attitude. Such fresh air after a very negative experience at West Byfleet where nobody could give a damn. Would highly recommend

Steve was absolutely fantastic doing my ten point car check, very friendly, knowledgable & made me feel much better about taking my car long distance. Steve topped up my tyres, let me know a light was out and replaced it, changed a windscreen wiper and advised me on MOT advisories that would need doing in the future. Could lot recommend Steve more! Thank you!

Order placed on-line "Collect from store" from following. day. Payment made by CC. then received order acknowledgement saying COLLECT IN 7 DAYS Wasted time trying to sort on line, following day went to store FARNBOROUGH, most helpful , very customer friendly SORTED. My first online purchase at Halfords. Ordered 4 spark plugs. I came to the store to pick up my order. Issued 2 new and 2 used. It's good that I checked it right away. A lot of wasted time. Be careful!

Usually change key battery myself but last time the insides fell out so thought let someone else do it. I'm not saying there isn't a list of what they charge but I didn't see one and just spent 10 min on their website looking but for the extra £7 I would have expected a marching band. Couple of quid maybe but they are having a laugh. Next time I will take the risk and do it myself. When I was at the till and asked if they could pop it in for me would have been the time to say yes but the cost is an extra 7 quid. Have to hope this battery lasts longer than the rubbish ones from a well known online retailer

Simle and straight forward purchase. Online it was easy to identify the correct wiper blades and choose the manufacturer. Pickup was easy and quick the team members very helpful & positive.
