Wow, lucky that I got my bike back after a booking debacle.
Booked my bike for a checkup, left it at Farnborough branch, left my name and number with the paper work, also the booking surely had my contact details.
Then nothing happened, for 2 weeks. Tried to call them, but it was impossible to do, noone responded.
Then I tried the chat that is just dumb, untill human takes over, and I was promised callback within 48H, I tired that 3 times, every time they said sorry and yeah, someone will call me within 48H. I received a call from the shop but I was busy and asked for a callback in 5mins, never happened.
They finally reached me but I picked up the bike and will never come back.

I ordered replacement number plates online and then went to the store to collect and get them fitted.
Once I showed my V5C I was asked to take seat while they prepared them.
Literally 3 minutes later they were ready and the fitter came to my assistance.
He checked my car and went into the store to get the right fittings.
I was on my way within 7 minutes of entering the shop.

Amazing customer service. Had a tyre that was losing pressure and pulled up outside store and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who asked if he could help. I explained the situation and he put air in my tyre so that I could get to somewhere to replace the tyre. Really appreciated his calm response and help.

Also had great service at Winnersh two weeks ago , where the young lad changed the wiper blades on my son?s car.

Called in on Saturday to get new number plates. Jennifer was very efficient and helpful and everything sorted within a couple of minutes. Number plates arrived and were fitted quickly. Excellent customer service - well done.
