Dropped in to fix a puncture and bought 2 new tyres as both were low on tread. End of the day but staff were extremely helpful and fitted both immediately and I was away within half an hour. Great service from great staff at a great price!

Really helped me out when I drove into a brick wall and burst a tyre. Went above and beyond and also completed the work very quickly and at a competitive price. Very happy and will use them again.

I recently had a major service, MOT, and tire replacement done at Halfords. The service itself was good?staff were friendly, and the work was completed as expected.
However, I noticed an issue with the Motoring Club discount on my tires. The invoice showed the discount, but the final total didn?t reflect it correctly. When I raised this at the garage, they directed me to customer service instead of resolving it on the spot. This added unnecessary hassle, as I had to go through emails and calls to get it sorted.
Overall, the service was good, but make sure to double-check your invoice before paying and be prepared to go through customer service if something isn?t right

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Halford autocentre Farnborough. They made up unnecessary issues with my car, pushing for costly repairs that weren?t needed. When their substandard parts failed, they refused to take responsibility or fix the problem.
The manager was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in customer service or accountability. It?s clear they prioritize making money over honesty and quality workmanship. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and take their car to a reputable, trustworthy garage instead.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Free brake check was not free. I wanted to confirm if I needed new brake pads. Got told to do brakes myself and canceled my appointment ?. Really disappointed after being Halfords costumer for years.

I wanted to give Steve a massive thank you ! He got my tyre sorted staright away even through they were fully booked, can't thank Steve & team enough for the service they had provided on Saturday when my tyre had blown out on my way to work.
Would defintely recommened, good prices for tyres.

Possibly the most unhelpful and arrogant manager I've ever come across.
Rude, stubborn and unwilling to help.
He really is a jobsworth. I will never go back to Halfords because of this one rude man.

I feel so disappointed.
I booked a Interim Service.
I drop off my car in the morning. And then staff call me in the afternoon said they dont have the wheel key. It is locked so they cant remove the wheel and check.
Then i let them know the key just in the car boot. But they said staff is already done with my car so cant check the wheel in this time.
Why the they staff didn't ask me for the key when i drop off my car ? I am not an expert about car. i dont know that they need a wheel key when check.
And i asked the staff can i book another day for check again of the wheel. He said if you decide to change the Brake Fluid can book another day to do the Brake fluid and check.
I paid for Interim Service is included to check all these option. But now you just said no key so dont do it for me.
I feel I paid £194.99. But i only get the half of service.

Poor customer service and got chatged for something they never even did rude, poor service. Can only plug a diagnostic tool in and change parts not mechanics . Absolute cowboys

Very knowledgeable & helpful staff !!! Although they seemed to be a bit short staffed on a Friday evening when I went in, there were only two men who seemed to be around and there were enough customers to warrant more as I needed advice and attention, which I did get though so very grateful for the information they gave me & I bought a product
