Cindee and Athena, fantastic service helping me resize and change the battery of a beloved watch. Patience and time given to me as im neurodivergent and get abit overwhelmed with processes at time but this was a fantastic experience overall.
I also visited the day before and brought my daughter her first watch for school and was served Claire who also was fantastic ? would recommend

Julie resolved all my queries regarding my watch
replacement under my premium care insurance with professionalism and courtesy and went out of her way to get my desired watch delivered to the Farnborough branch. I found the staff at the Camberley branch to be nowhere near as accommodating or courteous as Julie and would only ever revisit the Farnborough branch going forwards. Thank you Julie for excellent customer service.
Once again Julie & the team at Farnborough gave me first class service. Special thanks to Athena for for outstanding & exceptional customer service and expertise resolving an issue with my watch bracelet.

I visited this shop a few weeks back, I was already having a pretty dismal day and thought it was going to continue, that was until I met Athena, to list an adjective capable of describing just how simply kind, patient and knowledgeable is eluding me. In helping me choose a beautiful ring and necklace, not only did it brighten my week but I also felt truly appreciated and looked after. Even found out they do jewelery repairs as well.
Would HIGHLY recommend Athena (and HM Samuels) to anyone in or around the farnborough area, they are a gem!
