Fantastic staff in particular Owen who was extremely polite, enthusiastic and had a lovely smile. Would definitely visit more frequently just to see his great customer service. Food was pleasant as usual. Came in today for some festive bakes and a chicken one. I won't forget a lovely smile like that the hospitality world needs more people like Owen.

Very friendly and efficient cashier. Overall feel for the store is relaxed, and good interaction between the colleagues. Low stock but enough selection for 2pm to choose from.

A very clean eating area, a asked what was freshly out of the ovens and the kind lady helped serve up the steak pasties. I love the cheese and onion ones but am disappointed when they are bearly warm unless just out of the oven. I love Greg's as I can always rely on a tastie snack or warm brew.
Vegetarian options: Lots of choice and you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy

Didn't get order I asked for even though he confirmed what I asked for. then refused to change as I accidently Touched the item looking in the bag.Staff mistake customer pays hmm.Been going here years with no concern upto now. Store was quite at the time.
