“Went into Card Factory, Farnborough this weekend. The cashier on the till greeted us with a smiley 'Hello'. When we paid for our purchases, another cashier was happy, chatty, and very pleasant.

Was a real change from some of the other stores we visited on the same day where we were lucky if we got a grump 'wanna a bag'.

Well done to all at this branch.”
