Connor was great. He was so friendly, professional and helpful. Felt really bad as we couldn?t sort out my contract for a new phone (my fault) but he was really kind about it. Would recommend :)

Avoid giving them EE your google pixels to be fixed. I sent my phone, they didn't update the tracker so had to keep chasing the store. I was told all was ok and it would be back on the 8th day. Then it turned out the phone never reached the place in the first place.
I had to chase a lot of times and felt I was lied to and just pushed from person to person. They then 'compensated' me by giving me a new handset which is glitchy and the bluetooth doesn't work properly.
The guys at the store were very nice and my anger is not at them. But as a company EE were awful. They asked me if I want to join their network and if this is how they treat people there aint no chance I would join them

Got charged £240 extras on contract despite have £0 extra spend limit.
Staff do not seem to think that this is a problem (it's a 3rd Party who can bill to the account for some reason, which was not agreed in contract)

A huge THANKS to Qiam in the Farnbourga shopping Centre. He was absolutely amazing. I had to upgrade my phone. He did everything to suit my needs, went through my current data usage, and prices. He outlined all the options. He was incredibly patient, very polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you, Qiam . I am so glad I came through to you. What a great asset to EE.
