We went to shop at Dunelm yesterday and encountered one of the best cashiers that I have encountered anywhere in the Surrey Area. Joanne assisted us and was friendly, vibey and just oozed enthusiasm. We just loved the interaction and it made such a difference to the shopping experience. Thank you so much Joanne for making our day!

I popped i.nto the Farnborough store last week to buy a few bits and some bedding and I have to say that the lady who served me called Joanne was very friendly, approachable and chatty and helpful and explained their Policy re bedding which was much appreciated. Also nice to see a welcoming smiley face at the till. Great Customer Service experience.

We purchased a kitchen knife and a waste bin but when we reached in the billing section they told us there is no knife to purchase but n number of knife?s were there on the display and in terms of bin they were not able to find the lid that fits itHad to return without purchasing anything

I like the store and the selection.....But I went in there Sunday 28/1/24 and there was no one on the shop floor to help. I tried to phone the store only for the phone to ring for a few minutes whilst I wandered around the sales floor until I found the only shop assistant.I requested a clothes airer that I could see but not reach and she went off to find a ladder. When she returned I then helped her to restock the shelves before heading to the tills with my purchase.To the assistant that helped me, I'm sorry I didn't get your name but I hope your day improves.
