The worst experience I've ever had in a furniture based store.
As soon as I walked in I was ambushed by a staff member; the look on his face and the way he approached me made me believe I was in a private or closed store, or maybe it was by appointment only as he was so abbrasive.
He was so rude and condescending. Had a go at me when I couldn't pinpoint why I preferred a certain mattress. And when I was lying on a mattress, he made me stay there whilst he threw an incomprehendible amount of information at me. Names of mattresses, bed frames, numbers, prices, delivery, deals, discounts... I could barely get a word in. I believe he could clearly see I was uncomfortable and he just said 'hey i'm just doing my job and telling you everything I have to tell you', and then continued rambling,
I found a mattress I actually quite liked; but out of principal, I will not be purchasing it from Dreams.
After I snuck out of the store as hastily as possible, I had to walk by another time. I crossed to the other side of the car park so I would not be seen through the window as I was genuinly concerned he would have tried to speak to me again if he could.
I have never been more uncomfortable in a store before.. and I spent most of it lying on a mattress!
I would like to add, during this entire ordeal, not one other staff member even looked up from their desks. Felt like a store full of robots. No wonder I was the only customer in there.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful service and advice given on my visit to the farnborough branch of Dreams. Scott was very knowledgeable of the mattresses in the store. I had a sleepmatch survey which was very helpful in my choice of mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn?t feel rushed into buying any of the mattresses. I was also advised to try out the different mattress that the survey suggested. I then decided to buy my new mattress. The payment procedure was easy and the delivery date was arranged at the time of purchase. On the whole it was a very good experience.

I had Nigel for my experience at Dreams today and he was fantastic! I?m not a very decisive person and he guided me in the best way, centring me at the heart of the decisions. His lighthearted attitude and expertise really helped me narrow down the bed that I wanted and he gave me all the options for payment as I was unsure. Overall a fab experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to try a Dreams experience.

Great service in store, communication and delivery. There was a minor small stitching fault with the topper, the delivery tem took photos and told me someone would be in touch. This happened promptly with an offer of a price reduction or replacement. I chose a replacement and it was delivered a week later. Very satisfied customer from start to finish. Comfortable mattress, sleeping well. Definitely ?????.

Overall great experience, the staff very friendly! Andrew was helpful and answered all questions we had. Mark the store manager was very helpful and got us checked out quickly when it came to purchasing our new mattress. I would highly recommend this store to others.

Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in choosing the right mattress within our budget. He offered the 100 day return option which we took. We can recommend Dreams Farnborough. We normally don?t do reviews but Scott was exceptional.

Great service when buying a mattress. The sleep scan system narrowed down the choice of mattresses to my weight, body shape etc. Tried 3 mattresses and chose one within minutes. Plus the Sale and extra 10% off made my day. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, even offered a coffee! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The shops salesman (Andrew) was extremely helpful, kind & considerate. We had a scan completed, and we were provided with a free coffee. Our experience was helped by the fact that we were not pressured into buying anything, we were given the opportunity to consider our options before making our decision to buy a new mattress. Extremely well done Dreams Farnborough.
