Food arrived cold and was a massive waste of £98. Order somewhere else, you will get better value for money and actually warm food that you won?t need to reheat in the microwave.
Contacted customer service and they responded with the following:
?The order details I have available to me show this order was delivered in 19 minutes and I have attached the information we hold for this.
We are unable to investigate this concern any further due to the time that has passed, especially as the product is a consumable item and the data reflects a delivery time which is within our delivery service level?.
So in short, regardless if you food is cold or not, they do not seem to care.
Won?t order again, there is plenty of other pizza places that provide better customer service.

Driver didn?t bother to look at the address on the order so an hour later it gets cancelled with no delivery.

Food never arrived! Ordered at 0010. We tried to ring from 0030 when it said it was out for delivery and no answer. Shop didn?t shut until 1. No food has been delivered, yet the app says it has. No phone call from the driver. Happy to take our food and money. Awful service! Will not be ordering from here again.

Me and my hubby went to Domino's Farnborough one night. We were there quite long sitting and wainting for our food. I have to say that the boss there in grey shirt he is very rude with his staff. Especially with a girl. My hubby understood the language they speak.The staff did not say a single English word. Feels like we were in India. We ask a driver what is your rude bosses name. His name is Ajeet. We hate if a boss behave rudely with staff especially front of the costumers.

There is no point to say what happened. My previous review got deleted. Truth "hurts" so for me this shop and my experience here from some persons here trying to get this business to 5 stars review is bad ...because they are doing so without any genuinity. 0 stars from me along with experience in the shop which adds to 5 negative stars.
Shame on Google that they don't see what reviews are real and what are fake.

I had my order mixed up and spoke to the manager about it. He was very helpful and patience- he sorted out my order immediately. The people were very great and professional. I would highly take my business there and recommend so to others if pizza is what they cravin for with the best service.

Food taste is A1. Service is very good. I see lots of fussy people here throwing their tantrums. Stop comparing the prices with other fast foods. You get what you pay ! I don?t know what other people say but I crave for Dominos pizzas and will continue stick to it???
