Recently purchased a sofa that was on display in the showroom. Service from the lady there was amazing however been a horror show since.When they delivered the sofa there was no power pack for the reclining part and I was reassured it would be looked into with immediate effect. Well that never happened so I had to phone their customer services department. That department was absolutely useless and severely under resourced. They also had no ability to resolve the issue.We are now still without a power pack and have had very little contact about it.Be very careful, DFS is not a customer focused business they hid behind a powerless customer services team.Make the managers of the branches accoutable to their customers. Give us a number to speak to those who can actually help and most of all treat the customer with respect.

Ordered 2 sofas from this DFS. Service was good in the showroom, however with the delivery they only notified me the day before with a 3 hour time slot. My husband made arrangements not to be at work that afternoon only to find that they tried to deliver them more than 2 hours early and we obviously weren't in! Had to phone customer services multiple times and they wouldn't deliver on the same day as they said they had others to deliver. Very frustrating!

LIARS. arranged delivery of 2 sofas for 1430-1730 today. They claimed tried to deliver 1300 waiting for 15 mins but no one in so cancelled. Checked security camera and they attempted at 1207 hanging around for 3 minutes. No one said they would be 2 1/2 hours early. Very very disappointed with this behaviour.

It's a sofa and furnishings shop with staff that are helpful enough to earn their commission but the afters ales guardsman are not so great.

I'm looking for a new sofa and DFS have got a summer sale on.I had an idea of the sofas I wanted to buy, but I wanted to try them out in person, and see the colour swatches for the fabricsIt was easy to find the sofas I was interested in, and the swatches were all laid out next to each range... simple.The only thing missing was the dimensions of each item in the range (or I wasn't able to find them). Not to worry, I could quickly pop onto the website on my phone and look them up quickly.I was also left alone to look at the sofas in peace - no one came over to try to push me into a sale.I would say that the prices of some sofas were cheaper on the website than those displayed in store, so it might be worth checking the online price and then asking if the store are matching that price if you want to buy in person.

Went in here at the weekend to Purchase two new sofas. Sadly we were completely ignored by staff members who instead chose to sit on display sofas playing with their mobile phones and not paying us any attention. Walked away and went a couple of doors down to SCS where we were greeted immediately by a helpful member of staff who was knowledgeable and created a pressure free environment.

We are currently sat on the floor of our living room due DFS...Schedule collection 14.04.23 of our old sofas with delivery of new sofas booked 15.04.23 BTW 12.10-15.10 just before 14.00pm received a call from customer services to tell us delivery will not happen today as not on truck?when asked why, when etc advised they were trying to get an answer from Farnborough warehouse and I will get a call back but unfortunately even though they have already taken our old sofa's we would not have the new one's today ? after 2hours of no update and the tracking system just updated with invalided delivery date, we called DFS customer service ......although the lady tried to get through to DFS Farnborough no one was answering the phones and she couldn't give us anymore information/update. requested I be included into the email issued to Farnborough to ensure this was actually sent as we never had anything back from the intital call.WHY am I writing the review at this point, most definitely feel everyone needs to be aware that they can take your old sofa's and then remove your delivery date without any explanation or how is this going to be resolvedVery annoyed and disappointed customer, cannot believe this, with no support or resolve given.

a large store with a wide range of products. Overall, my experience was positive, and I'd like to share some highlights of my visit.One aspect that stood out was the availability of free parking. The lot had enough spaces to accommodate a good number of vehicles, making it easier to find a spot. This convenience is appreciated by customers who prefer not to worry about parking fees.The location of the store is quite convenient, as it is easy to drive to. Being near major roads and highways simplifies the journey, which is a plus for those who want a straightforward shopping trip.Inside the store, there was a decent variety of products on offer. The layout was spacious and organized, making it simple to find items. The store was also clean and appeared to be well-maintained.The staff at DFS were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products they were assisting with. Their approachable demeanor and willingness to help added to the overall positive experience

On our great sofa shopping adventure and after 5 other sofa shops of varying success we walked into DFS. A staff member greeted us, we had a brief chat and we were pointed in the right direction for what we wanted. After sitting on a few sofas we found one. The shop assistant (Leon) came by asked how we were doing. We advised we were interested in said sofa. He was like ill give you a few minutes to relax and get a feel for it and I'll pop back shortly. Now I liked that. It gave us time to really sit and check it out.When Leon came back the paperwork was easy and in no time our new couch order had been placed.Compared to the other shops with their heating on way too high and pushy staff our DFS experience was lovely.

Very unsatisfied with the product and company.We ordered Sofa 2 months back and it?s just arrived yesterday with 1 missing leg and full of dust and stains on the bottom part of sofas, It looks like 2nd hand sofa. At least they need to check whether it is in good condition to deliver or not.And also 1 of the coffee table?s top marble found broken. ?Very poor management ?Farnborough DFS ?

Where do I start.....Went into dfs Farnborough to buy my sofa which was fine , was served by a guy called Simon, discussed everything with him from change off feet to colour of them & cushions & I brought a extra one as he told me two come with it.Delivery day arrived 7 weeks later sofa arrives & only one cushion , I asked delivery team to check with there warehouse & they did & said only one cushion.My partner then went into dfs two days after to enquire about this issue off which Simon was called out to answer the question as after all he was the guy who put my order through , his response (I cant remember what i did yesterday let alone 7 weeks ago & No I would not have said two cushions come with the sofa) I was on phone as my partner was in shop & he said same again off which I replied , why would I buy only one cushion if I knew it come with none! He went quiet & from that I've now had to order two more at a cost off £50 & wait a further 6/7 weeks!!Very unprofessional selling techniques, false information told my him & false selling techniques despite the reassurance that I had two.Just check what you are ordering as this guy tells you things that arnt true.Apart from the cushion issue delivery was fine. Very happy with sofa hence the two stars.Thanks

We brought our sofa from them November 2020 and have had problems ever since. Not made very well and not been built correctly and the spring have come through and damage the cushion. No will call me and I am bored of the same email been sent. Hope this may help, but don't think it will. One thing I will say was the sales team at shop was good.We're just hope someone gets in touch with me and we can discuss this like human beings
