Alex at the bike workshop was very professional. We arrived at the end of his shift, but he did all the safety checks and adjustments so that our daughter could go home happy with a new bike. Pleased with the service provided. Thank you.

Poor selection of items in stock including shoes where they hold no back room stock, overall organisation of the shop is bad too and the upstairs is completely wasted with some sort of kids play area. Overall the worst decathlon I've been to so far.

Got a £70 parking fine. Poor signage. On street view I could only find one sign at the entrance, coming right off the roundabout, and a footnote at the bottom of the parent and child sign. Considering one would not expect a large outdoor car park for a retail park to be paid, better signage would be appropriate.

Great brand, but terrible service.
The staff were busy chatting and showed no interest in helping. After asking three employees, only one genuinely assisted me. I hope you prioritize better customer support.

Just brought 3 bikes to repair at the Decathlon?s shop in Farnborough and the team there was absolutely amazing! So friendly and efficient. Really impressed with their repair services. Also made me discover all their second hand range which was brilliant so a real bonus!

Got my bike from here to which there was a bit of trouble with the order, however the staff were super helpful and allowed me to collect the bike in time.
Sam was a great help with the checks for the bike as well as adding/ recommending accessories for the bike.
Even when I came back to the store due to having trouble attaching a mudguard, Sam once again was super helpful and friendly with me during the process.
Definitely need to give Sam a bump in pay?
