Didn?t realise store was shut but was there to pick up a too good to go bag. The staff even though was shut still served us with the bag with a polite attitude. Ended up with lots of goodies

For the last 3 weeks they have had no syrup for the Black Forest Hot chocolate. The excuse is that the warehouse is closed and they didn't send any before Christmas. The drive through servers are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard as they don't put up any notices advising customers of items not in stock. I got stuck in the queue for 20 minutes as I am disabled and cannot go in to the cafe independently and the disabled parking is always blocked by Uber drivers - appalling service.

I don?t think the staff on duty today have any knowledge about coffee or other drinks. My wife ordered a hot chocolate, and they forgot to add the syrup. On top of that, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I also ordered a cappuccino, which didn?t taste as good as the ones from other Costa stores. There are four girls working here, three of whom are chatting while only one is making coffee. There?s no management at all. This is the first and last time we?ll be visiting this store.

Every visit is purgatory. I've stopped trying. Queues of students and people out the door into the car park at all times of day, car park always floods when wet too. Usually wait 15 minutes for a hot drink and pay over the odds for it. Went in on the weekend and queued for ages to be told they had run out of cups. Run out of cups....seriously????? Abysmal. This had purely been placed to cash in on the student craze of spending double digits on hot drinks. 8 visits here and you could have bought your own coffee machine to last tye next 6 years.

Today 21st September. I went into Costa, after declaring my allergy to nuts I ordered a caramel latte. As I sat in the car, my partner had some of my drink. To then say don?t drink that. That?s got hazelnuts. As I went back in I explained the situation. The women then just said sorry. She had no care in the world after I said that I can die from this and it?s really serious. I would have been really unwell and in hospital or dead if it hadn?t of been for my partner. Staff were dismissive and rude. They didn?t care that they could have killed me.

Do come to this coffee shop if you plan on meeting someone for a coffee. The parking is limited for a start and if you over stay your welcome (1hr) you get a wofty parking fine.
The staff won't WARN (tell or suggest) you to enter you registration into the little screen that gives you 2.5hrs of stay time. Don't plan on coming doing any work at this coffee shop for longer than that either. Because you can't return within the hour.
It's only good for a quickie cuppa and a loo usage or the drive through. Only had 1 good staff experience too.

Service and atmosphere all fine. Drinks, not so much. Got chai latte and was so bitter! Don't know how it was made but just wasn't good at all. Very unhappy with this

I took my family here as a treat on the way back from a university meeting in the evening 19/06/2024. Unfortunately due to the poor service level and attention of the staff our visit was somewhat marred. The young blonde girl that was "serving" appeared to not really want to be there, when my wife asked what sugar free flavours they had, she replied in a surly manner "whaaat?" my wife repeated the question "you whaaaat?" On the third time she got an answer. The girl then proceeded to slam the tea pot down on our tray, which spilt the drinks, my wife began to mop it up and then the girl half hearted wiped the tray with a Napkin.
Unfortunately there were no seats available due to half of them being stacked upside down on the tables. I am not sure what environmental health would make of having seats placed upside down on a table - to my mind this is a clear health hazard, the germs from a seat going straight onto a table where people eat.
I am sure they would be shut down for this until rectified.
Due to there being no seats I asked the blonde girl politely "Is it ok to move the chairs off the tables so we may sit down?" Her face glazed over, and eyes rolled and I am not sure I even received an answer, but my wife tells me she did mutter "yeh ok". I am sure the chairs were up on the tables like this so the staff could run off early, as opposed to doing the cleaning properly when the store is closed.
We then sat down to enjoy our coffee. Behind us the girl started messing around in an unproffesional manner with another girl working there, both being loud and giggling. She also kept scratching her face/nose in front of the other customers with no sign of any hand washing, again I'm not sure what environmental health would make of this. The staff then went outside to vape in full uniform ten minutes before the shop closed, yet again not sure what environmental health would make of wearing uniform outside when serving food, let alone vaping in it.
The latte we were served was also cold, not well made with any care or attention and the glass was not cleaned properly.
This branch of Costa needs to seriously step up it's game - I would suggest a serious talking to from area management and a rethink over who they employ and how the train them. As the current manager does not seem to be running his/her store correctly with all this going on in full view.

It?s a Costa - they?re all the same. The location shown on Google maps is wrong - this branch is not inside the airport, it is opposite Costco.
