Tooked very long to get orders . The girl seems like she didn't knew her job. The place is very dirty and only 30% occupancy inside . Chairs haven't been cleaned in ages and the floors need a sweep. Well done Costa!!!

The staff were lacklustre, polite but no drive. It just seemed they couldn't manage the demand and the time to get initially served and then to get the order was far too long. I guess they weren't helped with no medium cups for Frappe and no Jam, who knows what else. Just a bit of speed and urgency would have been appreciated.

The place is falling apart. It frequently has the fridge or oven broken. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work in a sub par establishment. Needs a lot of money spending on it. Very poor

Great spot. Easy parking. Usual Costa selection of food and drink. We visited on a weekday morning and there was space for us to be seated easily.

Costa coffee with no coffee or chocolate, apparently due to a non delivery. They gave us free tea with our Bakewell tarts though.
