Very rude lady working at 1pm today. It is unnecessary for a member of staff to repeatedly shout at a customer. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have just been overcharged again, only ever small amounts, but if they do that enough it soon adds up.
I will now always ask for a receipt.

Normally not too bad but being co op, you respect them to be out of stock .But this time service was bad . Was standing in self check out waiting to be approved as I had alcohol. The women on check out looked at me then just ignored me.
I was standing there for a few minutes.
She kept serving other people but did not approve me like I was not there. I gave up in the end. Left the stuff.I took my service elsewhere. On the bright side, I did find a better shop .buggins down the road.

A little shop with adequate selection (not extensive). It is always clean and neat when we visit, regardless of time of day. Staff are so warm and welcoming, and go out of their way to assist customers.

Great Co-op store, with good stock & friendly staff?. It's conveniently only round the corner from me, but that doesn't stop me using their own or Deliveroo for deliveries. Very impressed with my 1st co-op delivery, it arrived in about 10 mins, all products ordered were delivered & courier was very friendly & efficient. I imagine I'll make this a regular thing ?. Highly recommended ?.

I have been using this co-op since 2014 and have, despite what other reviews say, ALWAYS found a good range and availability of the goods, staff have always been very helpful and polite and go out of their way to provide great service, despite what others might say.

Very helpful polite staff, I'm disabled and they carried my basket to the till and offered to take it out to the car and load it after I paid, I really miss this shop now I've moved to Aldershot, I only get to it now and again. A+

Currently closed for refurbishment - no info about this or reopening date on their website...This store isn't run well.... as mentioned in previous reviews, often have empty shelves. Once they had no single packets of crisps left in the store at all!Also the date left on the bread is usually only up to 3 days if you're lucky... in other stores it's 4/5 days... why is that??!
